- Well performance modelling for the Hibernia and BNA reservoirs, including big bore completions, non-conventional wells, and artificial lift requirements.
- Well configurations and completion philosophy review. Tubing design/stress analysis for critical initial wells, including use of Load Resistance Factor Design techniques.
- Pressure transient analysis of all Hibernia and BNA development wells (1997-2002).· Preparation of Annual reports for regulatory board.
- Development of an Integrated Production Model (IPM) for short term production forecasting and optimisation.
- Ongoing support to HMDC (including a number of in-house assignments) on a range of production, reservoir, and operations management issues.
- Assessment of Recoverable Reserves and Value; including evaluation of development strategies that could potentially add value to this field.
- Assessment of recovery and production potential of the southwest Avalon under various high angle well spacing and offset assumptions.

- Lead a Resources Review Team; and participated in the Well Construction and Development Plan Reviews
- Assisted the Well Construction Team with reviews of Horizontal Injection Well Design issues; Thermal Fracturing assessments; SMART well Reliability Assessments and Life of Field Workover costs; and definition of functional specifications.
- Detailed planning of the 2000 exploration well test program (2 wells), including contract evaluation/selection, preparation of testing program as well as testing operations and programming.
- Wellbore completion design and inflow performance modelling for the planned horizontal wells.
- Preparation of metering and allocation system design, and specification for the Oil Production Information System (OPIS).

- Review of well performance and deliverability requirements and uncertainties for Tier 1 Fields.
- Assessment of range of Recovery Factors for normal and geopressured sands under depletion and water drive conditions.
- Development of Integrated Production Model (IPM). Phase 1 to assess field gas production capability, timing of development of additional pools and field compression, and evaluation of ultimate reserve recoveries; Phase 2 as a reservoir surveillance system.
- Preparation of Production Allocation Philosophy from sales meters to the individual fields, wells and zones including metering error uncertainty analysis.
- Preparation of Well Operating Procedures Manuals to cover all well completion, workover and well kill activities (including equipment, wireline, SSSVs, perforating and testing).
- Detailed planning and programming of well completions.

- Design, planning (equipment specification) and detailed programming of exploration/delineation well tests; including offshore management of test data program; and detailed test interpretation.

- Assess exploration potential of the various basins in association with PRCL and assist clients in developing entry and exploration strategies.
- Re-evaluated several Scotian Shelf discoveries as satellites to the Sable development.
- Technical evaluation and risk assessment of caisson subsea tree systems.
- Design, supervision and analysis of over 30 exploration and appraisal well tests, including; preparation of test design basis; equipment specifications; contractor bid evaluation and selection; preparation of Offshore Well Test Manuals; test program preparation; offshore supervision; and test interpretation.

- Evaluated oil-in-place and recoverable reserve estimates including log and core analysis, fluid studies, simulation modelling and waterflood predictions.
- Evaluated completion designs for keeper appraisal wells and other subsea completions Well performance modelling and gaslift design studies in support of DPA submission.
- Prepared annual reserves report and value estimates. Technical support including attending Technical and Unitisation Committee meetings and critique of operators plans.
