Probabilistic resource potential assessment together with our G&G Associate, PRCL. Developed multi-field development concepts and schedules, including FPF’s; subsea tie-backs; and fixed platforms. Defined a likely range of technical supply costs for a number of development and transportation options, including pipelines and compressed natural gas (CNG) tankers. |
Farm-In Evaluation,
Gulf of Mexico, U.S.A.

Assessed development concept for small fields in Deepwater using a mini-TLP. Assisted client with screening of potential farm-in prospects; and with the preparation of a conceptual development plan and valuation. Detailed Reservoir, Production and Well Engineering work was subsequently undertaken. |
International Prospect Ranking and Valuation
Malta, Mongolia, Morocco, North Sea and West Africa

Assisted a small company in assessing the strategic significance of their exploration lands; the chance of success; and the expected monetary value of the best prospects. Defined value of these land holdings for potential IPO’s in various International and North American exchange jurisdictions. This project was conducted jointly with PRCL. |
| White Rose Resource, Completion and Field Development Planning Audits, Eastern Canada |
Periodic, high level technical reviews of an offshore operator’s reserves, production forecasts and field development plans. APA provides a Senior Petroleum Engineering Advisor to a multi-disciplined review team. APA also provided a Production/Completions Specialist for the Drilling and Completions Review. This field is being developed with a combination of conventional and horizontal subsea wells tied-back to a floating production facility. |

APA assisted a Major Multi-national Service Company perform an audit of a new product development. Completed an evaluation of the market feasibility study, commercialisation strategy, and project management process during the development. |
| Technology Development Team Participation |
APA has participated in a multi-year research and development project on sand control devices for use in Horizontal Thermal Wells for SAGD operations.
APA represented an operating company at multi-company consortium testing new sand control tecnology to evaluate testing program and recommend additional tests using the new technology.
